Do you long to create a life you love, but groan at the presumed impossibility of building and maintaining a successful career, having a fulfilling personal life, and also having health and happiness?
Are you laughing just reading that?
Well, you wouldn’t be alone. So many women find themselves in a daily struggle (or full out war) with the thought of ‘having it all’ – a fabulous career, a happy healthy life and perhaps even some semblance of balance thrown in for good measure.
It can make you sigh just thinking about it, or let’s be honest, throw things at the wall, scream at whoever is within ear shot, and just generally pull your hair out.
But it can be done. I have made every mistake in the book: I have been a chronic workaholic, been drastically ill, and burnt out, miserable and overwhelmed. But I discovered through my research, study and through living it, that there is another way. And I know this to be true, because I have spent the best part of the last decade working out how to do it.
“Getting Real About Having It All: Be Your Best, Love Your Career and Bring Back Your Sparkle” is about helping you create the career and life you love, and live it well.
I am not here to tell you what having it all looks like – the answer is different for everyone. What I would love to do is help you discover what it means for you, and help you find some answers to the following burning questions that I have heard from thousands of women who are working to create the life they want to live:
These are some of the things I wanted when I began my journey. And they are the questions that so many women tell me they are seeking solutions for. Most of us want to feel connected, inspired, purposeful, well and thriving. And you can. It may take some work, and it will definitely take a big dose of getting real, but it is possible.
I would love you to come on this journey with me. It is a journey of fun and laughter, of delving into who you already are and what you really want. And it is a journey of creating the life you really, truly, want to live, living it well and loving it.
Are you ready?
